Since the last update to AllMyNotes Deluxe Edition Version 3.3.8 (build 959) the following happens:

When I doublecklick an attached file with the extension .ods (LibreOffice Sheet) this file is opened with Excel. When I doublecklick the same file on my windows desktop then it is correctly opened with LibreOffice.

In Windows the extension .ods is correctly associated with LibreOffice.

I have already tried to delete the file and attach it again to AllMyNotes but this does not help.

AllMyNotes seems not to look in Windows for the correct application for this extension.

Is there a way to change this? Maybe a workaround?

Indeed, we've reworked the way how AllMyNotes seeks for programs associated to a file extension, as old way wasn't working correctly for other users either. We'll keep working on it, I'll post here once we'll have something to try.

This problem still exists in AMN Version 3.41.

Yes, so far we didn't fixed. The issue is very rare, it doesn't happens to us here. I've just tried to attach .ods file and it opens up just fine. Perhaps upgrade to the latest version of LibeOffice will fix the issue on your end?

I have uninstalled LibreOffice, restartet my computer and then installed LibreOffice again.

Now the attachments are opened with LibreOffice correctly!

A few days later the .ods attachmens (LibreOffice Sheet) are opened with Excel again.

I can't uninstall and install LibreOffice every few days so the problem still exists.
