Indeed, that was the date from previous beta version release, the correct date is September 24, 2013. Corrected 
AllMyNotes Organizer usage idea: do project-mgmt, use reminders and checkboxes to remember about events and track project progress

Vlad also on the about screen it reports its version 3.8 Build 771 not 3.08...

Yes, we did tweaked couple of things there, but this is not a big deal, all related to minor app version works correctly, including check for updates and what's new web links. SO I think there is nothing to worry about.
