If i make a SKIN do I still get a deluxe license?

If i make a skin do I still get a deluxe license? I'm on a very fixed income and it would be great if the offer still applies.

I'm a decent designer and I figure I could make a pretty good skin.

Yes. Under condition that it will be good enough, we'll provide you with Deluxe license and lifelong free upgrades. If the skin will be considered as "good enough" we'll include it into the installer, or, at least, it will be published in some other manner on our web-site.

It would be enough to create "at least something" which is worth to be included in any other skin (for example, Holy Crown, and/or, Deep). For example, nice button, scroll bar, etc.
