I have been using AMN for about five years now, and am very happy with it. I recently upgraded to the paid version, which was a good move.
But there is one feature that drives me crazy.
If you type a line of text that starts with an asterisk, equals sign, minus sign or possibly some other characters, AMN treats this as a bullet, and automatically inserts the same character at the start of each subsequent line. Similarly, if you start the line with a number followed by a dot, it automatically numbers all subsequent lines.
This is very annoying. I know I can backspace to delete the auto-inserted characters, but it is tedious to have to do so.
Could we please have a user option to disable this behaviour? I am not suggesting getting rid of it completely, as I can see that it might serve a useful purpose for some users - but not for everyone.
Thanks in advance,
Mike
