Liking AllMyNotes so far - I bought it after evaluating for a couple of weeks and it ticks all the boxes.

I like the ability to set notes to read only, this helps make sure you dont messup critical sections of a note.
I would ask that you consider enhancing the read only function with keyboard shortcuts.
One shortcut to set the highlighted note to read only and another keyboard shortcut to set all the notes under a folder to read only.
