I want to indent without bullet or numbers AND have the text wrap. Is that possible?

In fact we already have this. Just put a tab(s) or space(s) in the begging of text line and all subsequent lines (when you hit Enter key in the of an indented line) will have same indentation.

Also, following characters are recognized as bullets automatically:
[size=200] · - bullet (used by MS-Word by default)
• - bullet
■ - big black squire
□ - big white squire
▪ - small black squire
▫ - small white squire
◊ - Lozenge (romb)
● - black circle
► - black right-pointing pointer
◍ - white circle
● - black circle
◘ - inversed bullet
◙ - inversed white circle
◦ - white bullet
♦ - big black diamond

I would like to have a indent does a block indent like quoted text in HTML.

You have a bullet list and a numbered list, I would like an indent that looks like a numbered list but without the numbers.
