AllMyNotes Organizer version 2.51 is released

This version has two improvements regarding data files: improved performance (introduced low-level file cache, which is more efficient than the one used by OS), implemented additional self-healing capabilities (we've analyzed most common cases of incorrect USB media ejection, and handling related to it errors smarter). And, other small improvements and fixes.
