P.S. Would be interesting to know if someone is following these announcements? Please reply, cause it appears to me that check for updates is a much more efficient way, look - there was no announcements here for few updates, and nobody said a thing...

Re: AllMyNotes Organizer version 2.57 is released
I use the "check for updates" and only come to the forum after each update... just to see what's going on.
Re: AllMyNotes Organizer version 2.57 is released
Same for me, I use the check for updates.
Re: AllMyNotes Organizer version 2.57 is released
I use both.
The forum is easier to get a list of changes, but I too use the check for updates feature, especially because it allows for checking of beta builds as well.

Thank you for feedback!
The reason why I'm wondering is this - I would like to switch to RSS feeds soon, rather then to keep up with forum announcements. This way I'll have streamlined interface for What's New/RSS, and the forum will be used primary support/communication between users.
Indeed, normally we don't notify about minor beta-builds using checks for updates, though there is such option, to do not disturb our customers... As I understand, basically you don't need announcements of this kind - for you is enough to keep an eye on a new messages.blakelyg wrote:I use both.

An RSS feed sounds like a great idea. Allows me (at least) more flexibility by accessing the feed from different devices etc. (Tablet, netbook, laptop and desktop). Especially with a tablet - and to a lesser extent my netbook - accessing forums is sometimes "challenging".vlad wrote:Thank you for feedback!
