Support emails delivery - spam filtering

Due to high spam rate on our forum, support contact forma, and support email we have to use restrictive anti-spam filtering rules. We are doing our best to make it transparent for our users, but sometimes legit messages are being mistakenly identified as spam.

To make sure your message is not being lost please make sure you've received an automated acknowledgement when your are contact us via our contact support form. If you've sent a message to us and there is no instant automated reply use different contact method (email or forum).
