How can I export the contents of all notes found in a database query to one single file (for example, HTML or RTF) or to a new database? Is it possible to search for words in the titles of notes only?
Thank you for a quick and easy solution!
Export search results
Re: Export search results
To accomplish this, follow these simple steps:
1. Use Global Search tool to quickly find the data you need. Once you've entered your search criteria, click the "Filter" button. Voila! The Outliner, located on the left-hand side and displaying a hierarchical tree structure, will now only show notes that match your search.
2. Click on Outliner to give it input focus.
3. Then, press Ctrl+A to select all the visible notes in the Outliner.
4. Finally, go to the File menu and choose Export. You will be asked to select a format for your exported data. You can choose HTML, RTF, or TXT depending on your preference.
Hope this helps you with your task.
