Paste as Plain Text

I've tried Ctrl, Shift, V and Ctrl, Alt, V. I've tried Pate Special with all the options.

Thanks. I had tried to correct my mouse based paste by highlighting and replacing with Ctrl Alt V, but pasting over formatted text just changes the font size and color. I'll have to be consistent so that I don't introduce formatting. I'd like an option to turn off formatting, so I can use the mouse to paste.
