It's hard to tell what's that without exact text, a screenshot, or allmynotes.log file. But, generally speaking, it's pretty easy to restore from a backup. AllMyNotes, by default, is creating new backup file, and keep them for up to one week. So, basically you can can find the most recent valid backup, and restore from it.
