Print "fill to window" with text and images

Hello Viad,

Love AllMyNotes [beta] and use it every day! In the Dec 5, 2016 - Version 3.15 build 816 (beta) version, It will not print text and image "Fill to Window" correctly. It works on the previous Apr 1, 2016 - Version 3.14 build 814 (beta).

Below is a entry with text and image. See the Print Preview to see the problem. Is there something I am doing wrong or need to change?

Thank you for report! We've fixed printing of images. Please try build #820 below and let me know if something works incorrectly:

AllMyNotes 3.16 Beta b820 works great! Both the preview and the paper printout are correct.
