Export Cyrillic letters to plain text (txt) file.

Hello.
I have a problem with export.
File - Export - Plain text (txt).
If my text contains Cyrillic letters (or some special symbols like ːː) - then this letters and symbols transform into question marks.
Export to RTF and Html works good.

AllMyNotes - 2.85 and 3.16 (free).
OS - Windows 10 x64 Home SL English.
Region and Regional settings in OS - United States
