How do i center a text vertically in a cell

I would like to know if it's possible to center a text vertically in a cell when i make a chart?

Currently we don't have an option to align text vertically, it always aligns to the top.
AllMyNotes Organizer usage example: keep your financial documents - bills, transactions, taxes, investments, records about your bank accounts. Limit access it all with a password!
