Instructions for AllMyNotes Organizer 4.12 for Windows.
The Format Painter copies text formatting-including text and background colors, font, size, and style-from one selection to another.
How to use Format Painter using the toolbar:
1. Place cursor on the text you want to copy formatting from.
2. Click on the "Format Painter" toolbar button.
3. Drag across the destination text. When you release the mouse button, the copied formatting is applied.
How to use Format Painter using keyboard shortcuts:
1. Place cursor on the text you want to copy formatting from.
2. Press Alt+C.
3. Select the destination text with the mouse or Shift+Arrow, then press Alt+V.
