What to expect


We're a small team - real people, not a support department. Messages go directly to the developers. That's the good news. The honest news: we're also busy building the product, so response times vary.


How we prioritize:

• 🔴 Payment or purchase issues - absolute top priority. If something went wrong with your order, we drop everything.

Bugs that break things - right behind, always

Purchased customers - prioritized, we value your trust

General questions - we do our best, but please check the manual first

Feature requests - we read them, but can't promise a reply to each one


One thing that genuinely helps: one topic per message. A focused question gets a focused answer. A five-paragraph essay with six different issues will take much longer - for both of us.
