Different skins for multiple databases

The only way to have different database is to have two Portable installations of AllMyNotes installed to different folders. In this case every installation will have its own settings and data file.

How can I have different skins for multiple databases?
If I select a skin for one database, the second database is also getting the same skin.
Example: If I have two databases for Personal Information and Financial Information. I want one in green and other in blue.
