Mouse work fine... but:
CTRL-SHFT-UP, CTRL-SHFT-DOWN - drag/move (note folder) up/down
CTRL-SHFT-LEFT, CTRL-SHFT-RIGHT - drag/move (note, folder) left/right

Alt+Backspace works for Undo, but this is not listed in the helpfile.
