We've filed an idea of templates, but, even without that particular feature you are still able to create templates for yourself easily - simply create a folder with sample notes/folders, and, once needed, copy/paste them from there.
By the way, have you tried Help -> Quick Start Wizard?

may consider you to create templates or give us the opportunity to create ourselves for some items such as contacts, password, etc ... and the freedom to use or not on a case by case basis?
