AllMyNotes Organizer - Store notes in one encrypted local file - AES-256 + ChaCha20 encryption, no cloud, no account, one-time purchase.
Cloud services get breached. Companies go bankrupt. Pricing changes. AllMyNotes Organizer stores your notes in one encrypted local file on your PC - no cloud, no server, no risk of losing access. The file is yours. Always available, even offline. Buy once, store forever.
The self-healing database engine keeps your data safe even from partial file corruption.
AES-256 + ChaCha20 encryption - even without a password set.
Your note database is encoded at the binary level from the start - disk scanners and forensic tools cannot read it without the application. Add a password for full AES-256 + ChaCha20 encryption. Lock individual folders separately for layered privacy. Your notes are safe at rest on the disk, during use, and on a USB stick.
Tree structure - every note has a logical home, always findable.
Organize in unlimited nested folders. Instant full-text search finds any note as you type. The self-healing database engine recovers from partial file corruption. Automatic backup history keeps rolling versions - recover deleted notes, revert changes. Your data has multiple layers of protection.
Lasts forever - no vendor can take it away.
The database file is yours - not locked to a cloud platform. Back it up to a USB stick, an external drive, or a folder. The file format is self-contained and will remain readable. No subscription that expires and locks you out. No platform change that breaks your access. Your notes, stored by you, available forever.
Your notes should outlast any app, any company, any pricing change.
Evernote raised prices and limited features. Google Notebook was shut down. If your notes are in a cloud app, you're one pricing change or shutdown away from losing access to everything you've written.
AllMyNotes Organizer stores everything in one self-contained encrypted file on your disk. No subscription to lose. No platform to shut down. No company that can change the rules. Buy once - your notes are yours forever.
The self-healing database engine protects against file corruption. Automatic backups keep rolling history. Try it free for 30 days and store your notes somewhere that will actually last.
P.S. AES-256 + ChaCha20 encryption is new in AllMyNotes 5.03, which is currently in beta. Earlier versions use a different, simpler algorithm - it has protected users' data for 17 years with no known breaches. When you open an older database in 5.03, the app offers to upgrade it to the new format.
