AllMyNotes Organizer - Plan your day on your PC - tasks, notes, alarms, no cloud, no subscription, one-time purchase.
Notion, Todoist, and every other popular planner charge monthly forever. AllMyNotes Organizer is a one-time purchase: your plans, tasks, and notes live in one encrypted local file on your PC, accessible without internet, without a subscription, without a login.
Buy once. Plan forever.
Tasks + rich notes together - context stays with the task.
Create tasks and attach full rich notes to each one - meeting prep, decisions, action items, reference material. Tasks have priorities, checkboxes, and due dates. Organize in a tree hierarchy: daily plan inside weekly plan, inside project. Everything connected, everything searchable.
Alarms that actually go off - even for recurring events.
Set alarms and reminders on any note or task - one-time or repeating (daily, weekly, monthly, annual). Alarm objects can be inserted directly inside note text, not just as separate calendar entries. Never miss a deadline, renewal, or important date again.
Offline, encrypted, and portable - no internet dependency.
Your daily plan works without internet connection - no sync issues, no "service unavailable" at the wrong moment. Everything encrypted in one local file. The Portable version runs from USB - bring your entire planning system to any Windows machine. No account. No subscription. No cloud.
