If you need to extract text with pictures (ex: to paste in AllMyNotes Organizer, or any other app), the easiest way would be to forward that email to your email account where you can view message using your browser. For example - to GMail, Yahoo! Mail, Windows Live, etc. From there you can easily grab the tеxt from your browser and pictures like that pictures can be extacted.
