Startup window position
I have encountered a few startup problems with AllMyNotes, and they may all be related to my dual monitor setup:
- I initially had "on Windows startup, minimize window" checked, but then cleared it. However, it still starts up minimized.
- On my dual monitor setup, it doesn't initially go back to the monitor I last had it on, it always goes to my primary monitor.
[*]It doesn't remember the window size I last used, it always goes back to full screen.
WinXP SP3

I should've added that the window position is correct when I minimize/restore the window from the system tray.

An update: with version 2.51 (build 474), it remembers which screen I last used it on and the window size, so that accounts for (2) and (3).
