OK -- got a message today that the beta version updated to 5.01. I have been running the beta 5.00 version successfully for well over 18 months. So, downloaded the latest beta version today - and it would not activate. Tried to install version 4.15 -- and it would no longer activate. I am stuck because even when I tell the installer to install any beta or ever 4.11 or 4.15 -- it says it is version 5.0 and will not let me activate my license. I have been a customer for about three years. Would love to get it back up and running correctly. Please advise. KP

Hi Ken, Thanks for reporting this activation issue! We identified a licensing compatibility bug in versions 4.15 and 5.01 Beta that affected Deluxe license recognition. The fix is ready. We've just released updated versions that resolve this: 1. Version 4.16 (stable) 2. Version 5.02 Beta (if you prefer beta) To resolve your activation: 1. Download the latest version 2. Install over your current version 3. Enter your license key when prompted Your data remains intact in your .ddb file, and activation will work normally with these updated versions.
