In the pursuit of offering feedback in order to further polish tables in AllMyNote Organizer, I would like to bring the following matter to your attention.

My current use of tables in my database involves creating 2 cell wide x 1 cell high tables to create easy to edit data fields via the use of the TAB key. In each table, I manually adjust the line that separates cells manually so the cell is just big enough to fit the content within it. I have noticed the manual adjustments to the line that separates each cell is not where I left it if I change the size of the AllMyNotes Organizer program window or move the separator line that separates the tree view pane from the note content pane.

May I request you look into this matter when time allows?

True, the column width is stored in percents, same as table width. The reason why there is no fixed-width table/column is because there is no horizontal scrollbar. When screen is too narrow the fixed-width table wouldn't fit the screen and becomes partially invisible. Perhaps, as workaround solution we could scale down tables/columns with fixed widths proportionally when it doesn't fits the screen. Anyway, thank you for reporting this inconvenience, we'll think on possible ways how to improve it.

I can understand the reasoning you provided to my initial post.

If I may make a suggestion. The suggested workaround you mentioned in your previous post would probably not be very ideal for most users. Most users that go to the trouble to adjust the dimensions of the table/column do so with the plan that the adjustment stay fixed and the appearance of the table and its contents also stay as fixed as possible. Scaling the table/column would alter the appearance and would probably not be very useful to most users. It may very well be necessary to introduce a horizontal scrollbar. Just my two cents.

Since I use tables from the purposes I stated in my initial post, I have to decide whether to alter my design of my database due to this or be patient and hope that a solution is implemented.
