OK, I've forgotten a password, how do I retrieve it or is it just a loss and I just delete it?????

I'm very sorry to hear that. Password is something you have to remember, otherwise it's very difficult to restore it.

What we can do for you is to try brute-force password enumeration. In order to do it, please let me know how long was your password, perhaps you remember, at least approximately, what characters or numbers you've used? Brute-force enumeration may work for passwords that are shorter then 4-5 chars, otherwise, chance is very low, but still exists under condition that you know exact password length and most of characters used in it.

Also, if our password recovery by brute-force enumeration will work, we'll have to make sure that data file really belongs to you - will you be able to say, what kind of information is stored in the file? We need this step to identify you as lawful owner of the file.
