Keyboard shortcut for inserting new checkbox is Ctrl+Shift+C.

I want to use a text shortcut program to insert a checklist into a note. So I type 3 characters+tab and get a whole list inserted instantly....
But then I need to know what character will create the checkbox when it is pasted into AMN....
Is that possible????
I see... A checkbox is not a character, but an "object". You can paste it in HTML format, as a checkbox HTML code. HTML tag example:
I'm not sure if your software can generae HTML clipboard content... can it?
 Actually, it might be a good idea to recognize and [ ] strings as checkboxes - checked, and unchecked respectively... thinking...

Unfortunately it does not cope with HTML objects.... (Phraseexpress) or at least not under my inexperienced use..

Actually Phrase express handles HTML code just fine (in the clipboard or as a phrase). I just copied the code into PhraseExpress and then opened All My Notes and ran the applicable check box code from above and it inserted ticked check box into the Note.
If you need assistance with that send me a PM.
