There is no direct import from SQL, but you can try to convert SQL to CSV table, and import to CSV to AllMyNotes. I believe there is many ways to convert SQL to CSV, just google for it.
Yet I'm not ready to speak about time frame for synchronization and Android.

Import SQL database file (Android)
Hi Vlad,
I am interested in exporting a SQL database file (Android) to AMN.
I would like to know if this is possible and if you can guide me a little where to start (links) or some tips.
If it is possible to do this, I wonder how interesting it could be that AMN can import the data and synchronize it with a specific note.
By the way, will it be too long to finish the synchronization function and start developing the Android application?
Thanks,
Diego
