I'm not sure where this should be posted but suggest a separate section for feedback and mine is that the help files indicate that passwords assigned to folders are not cases sensitive however I find that the password assigned to the main tree folder will not accept lower case having been set in caps.

I have just been forwarded a new password to access this forum and now cannot find where to change it (if possible)

Indeed, thank you for reporting this, I've just corrected the manual - there was a mistake.
