I have encountered a few startup problems with AllMyNotes, and they may all be related to my dual monitor setup:

2. I initially had "on Windows startup, minimize window" checked, but then cleared it. However, it still starts up minimized.
4. On my dual monitor setup, it doesn't initially go back to the monitor I last had it on, it always goes to my primary monitor.
[*]It doesn't remember the window size I last used, it always goes back to full screen.

I should've added that the window position is correct when I minimize/restore the window from the system tray.

An update: with version 2.51 (build 474), it remembers which screen I last used it on and the window size, so that accounts for (2) and (3).
