Installed AMN today and... yes,

what I really would appreciate was a function to import more, perhaps self-drawn icons (.gifs, .pngs,...).

This feature request is one of most frequently requested on our support email, be sure - we have it in the list of features to implement, and hopefully soon. It will be possible to add/paint own icons, and import them from external files, like .png or .gif.



By the way, everyone else who likes this feature, you are very welcome to post here, the more buzz we get, the higher priority it gets :)

The icons in AllMyNotes is beautiful, but they cover a limited number of subjects. It would be really nice to see more icons, or the ability to import our own.
