So you're breaking up with us? 💔 Let's talk first.

• Follow the Upgrade Guidelines - it takes about 2 minutes.

• See you on the other side! 🎉

• Good news: extend your Deluxe trial in one click, or grab a free lifetime Lite license right now!

• Psst - AllMyNotes never truly expires. After the Deluxe trial, it quietly switches to Lite mode. All your data stays safe and accessible. It's less of an "expiration" and more of a... gentle downgrade 😄

• Our team is small but fierce - and caffeinated. Tell us what you need and there's a real chance it'll land in the next release. We've shipped entire features based on a single user email. Seriously.

• Oh? We're curious - and just a little competitive 😅 Tell us the app name and what it does better. We take this seriously and have been known to get... inspired by good ideas from the competition.

• We'll fix it! We hate bugs as much as you do - honestly, more. Drop the details below with your email and we'll contact you directly once it's resolved. We're a small team, which means no ticket queue, no chatbot - just real people who actually fix things.

• Fair enough - learning curves are real. But here's the thing: many users who first found it confusing now say it's the most intuitive notes app they've ever used. Sometimes it just needs one "aha moment". Tell us what confused you - it might be a 30-second fix, or it might be something we need to redesign. Either way, we want to know.

• Hmm, are you sure? 🤔 AllMyNotes is one of those apps that quietly becomes indispensable once you actually start using it - ideas, journal entries, passwords, meeting notes, research snippets, travel plans... Some of our most loyal users also thought they had no use for it. Then life happened. Give it one more week - you might surprise yourself.

• We're all ears. Tell us what happened - no reason is too small, no complaint too harsh. We'd rather hear the brutal truth than lose you quietly.
