Just want to mention that we've just released version 4.03 (beta), which includes Sound Themes and allows to choose an alternative alarm sound.

Will be nice to have more option to set the alarm.

For example be able to choose the repetition on days and time of week

not just daily or every week, but for example Monday at xx:yy time, Tuesday at yy:zz time, etc

Then this alarm will shine. Also be able to select different sound for the alarm and perhaps some visual effect for people who had trouble to hear.
