Thank you for feature request, we'll consider adding this "Don't ask me next time" option.

in your Help Files, under "To Dial a phone number...", start with these instructions:

1. Enter phone numbers in this format: "+1-555-444-1212 ". This example will successfully trigger a skype call to a United States phone number.



then, add a check box "Don't ask me next time" to the confirmation dialogue box that appears before the call begins to dial, to make it faster.
