When I want to Insert a Horizontal line, especially on laptops many keyboards are different and it takes a few seconds to locate the - key. If there was a shortcut to insert three dashes and leave them high lighted. The highlight is to allow a quick way to select a color for the line, left click if no color wanted. I thank a good shortcut would be Ctrl+Space bar, let the space bar represent the horizontal line. I thank this would be a very quick and easy way to insert the line.
