The ability to link one note to another. This feature would have obvious benefits. :D

Use Edit -> Insert -> Hyperlink menu item. And in appeared window press on the "Link to Tree Item..." button.

It works very well to hyperlink to another tree node, but it would be even better if there was a way to RETURN to the calling note? I have notes dealing with chord progressions. I hyperlink to a different note containing chord shapes, but it can be difficult returning to where I had originally been. Any chance of this aspect being implemented, or am I missing something that is already there? Thanks!

We do have this feature. Just press Prev/Next buttons on the toolbar, or, use keyboard shortcuts:

Alt+Left Arrow or Ctrl+Backspace - Go to Previously selected item in the hierarchy

Alt+Right Arrow or Shift+Backspace - Go to Next selected item in the hierarchy
