Thanks for the reply and yes I did have to go through the entries checking them all for changes. I will have to look into the synchronizing aspect of the program, probably like a lot of other people I just download the update and continue using it without really checking out the more important features. I will do in future and thanks for a great product.

Synchronization in version 3 can merge changes automatically, but that is under condition that data was synchronized between databases at least once, otherwise, if you have duplicate entries in both databases (I presume it is the case) it will create duplicates on both ends, so in your case would what you can do is to open two databases in two different windows (simply click on .ddb files to do that). And copy-paste new notes to other database.

Integrating two databases
Hi there
I have the program running on my main computer at home but recently had a portable version running on a laptop. Inadvertently I created several new notes on each version on the program. Is it possible to somehow join or merge together both databases so that I have a single version again?
