I think many of us have experienced the same migration from InfoSelect. Back in the day, Tornado Notes was awesome!

The Format Painter feature is available in version 3 already (beta, but highly stable).

I've used InfoSelect since its Tornado Notes days. I quit upgrading after v8 because I couldn't justify the cost for, to me, minimal new functionality. I've completely depended on ISW over the years, using it many times a day, every day. But since I've started using the Win 8.1 and 10 OS's, I've found that ISW v8 constantly loses track of its data files. I had no interest in upgrading to ISW v10. Its high cost is ludicrous for the 0 extra functionality provides vs. v8.



I've been thrilled with AMN. I'm particularly happy its developer seems committed to incremental improvement. AMN isn't exactly the same as ISW, but it's clearly the only quality option to ISW in existence. I'm slowly getting used to its differences.



The developer's promised AMN synchronization capability will be awesome. Like many others, I use AMN (and used to use ISW) on 2 different machines. It is a horrendous hassle to keep the two machines on the same page. I notice, though, that this AMN improvement was first discussed in this forum as far back as 2011. I hope this improvement has not since been found to be unachievable. It would be a huge.
