You can remove all languages you are not using, except English, cause even if you are using some other language, missing strings are still loaded from English.lng file.
To delete unneeded languages just open "Languages" sub-folder in the folder where AllMyNotes is installed (by default c:\Program Files\AllMyNotes Organizer\) , and delete unneeded .lng files from there.

Usually only one language is used. Is it ok to remove all the ones that aren't used? Does it cause a problem with operation.
