I can understand why dismissing an alarm doesn't actually disable it (because the alarm might need to trigger again later) but once it triggers shouldn't AllMyNotes forget about that trigger-instance so that it doesn't continually re-trigger?
That's known issue which will be addressed soon. After application restart dismiss list is clean - need to save it along with all other data and preferences. It was done like that because usually there is no need to exit from AllMyNotes, it can be conveniently hidden in the tray, it saved us some development time, so still we have to implement it to make everyone happy.

We've received reports like this couple of times, but cannot reproduce it. I guess we have to trigger alarms bit earlier (-3 or -5 minutes), this way we'll go around this odd issue.
