Installed in a pen drive and everything works.

But, in the following day, I get this message:

The reason of this error is in too restrictive access rights to files. Please go to the folder where AllMyNotes is installed, and reset file access permissions to all files and sub-folders, to allow access to everyone, it should fix the problem. Alternatively you can simply install the app in to the different folder.

Your system is OK, AllMyNotes should work on it fine. I'm still sure that the problem can be solved by re-installing the app to a different folder. Perhaps the problem with file access permissions is common for all files under Program Files folder, try different folder.
