I see... We can implement it, looks like a good idea... Cannot promise that it will be done soon, but counting that it's easy to implement, there is hope ;)

Right. To be totally specific: If AllMyNotes will be running during .ini file deletion, the file will be re-created and all old settings will be saved back to it; while if the app will not be running, settings will be re-set to default state (in majority cases it's not a big deal). Therefore, I'd recommend to delete the file when ALlMyNotes is already running, this way you will not notice any inconvenience from this operation.

By panel I'm referring to the basic screen/display of AMN. With some software you can move the screen by left-click/hold anywhere on the screen. With AMN I noticed you have to do it at the top.

The file is essential but it's being re-created on exiting from the app. File deletion will allow AllMyNotes to create new file, old one cannot be used because it has issues with file access permissions.

What panel you are talking about?

Correction: I noticed click/hold does work when the panel size is smaller. At larger size it doesn't move.

I found the configuration file (.ini). Since the code helped do I still have to delete the file? I mean, isn't the file essential for operation of AMN?

I've also noticed that left-click/hold does not move the panel around as it would with other panels, windows, etc.

Thanks

It's good to know that the code helped, but if you'll experience a problem with saving settings you still will need to delete the ini file. You can search on all drive(s), cause file location varies from app version, WIndows version, app edition, and some other factors.

Re: Removing pop-up
Perhaps your settings are not being saved. Try to locate and delete file named allmynotes.ini, hopefully it will fix the problem, let me know otherwise.

Alternatively, you can register personalized Free edition license here.

Removing pop-up [free edition]
Though I've already chosen the free edition, every time I open AMN I get a popup asking to choose an edition. How can I stop that popup?
