The Scanner is HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
The printer drivers are up to date.
I have uninstalled the printer driver and reinstalled, with same problem.
I did get it to scan two times without a problem.
Ver. 3.22 build 874
I am not using the beta version now.
I don't know what Switch to means. I start from a fresh boot with nothing else running. I have to close pop up with task manager.
More than nine times out of ten this pops up.

It does works. But 64-bit version needs 64-bit scanner driver. Is there an update for your driver available from the vendor? Also, what's your scanner model?

Tried to use the Scanner feature in Ver 3.22 build 876 (beta). When I select a scanner nothing happens.
Is the scanner part of the program not working yet in this version?
Windows 10 Home 64 bit
Ver. 1709
Ram 24.0 GB
