We are a small company (3 persons) which would like to use AllMyNotes as a shared Knowledge Base, ie using a shared ddb file. We have installed AllMyNotes Deluxe on 2 computers (trial) to test it. But when we start the program on the second PC, we get an access violation error: "A sharing violation has occured while accessing ...ddb" It seems that the running program on the first computer has locked the ddb. How can this issue be solved?

Right, same file file cannot be opened simultaneously on numerous PC. What you need to do is to create "central database" everyone will sync with using version 3 (beta). Thanks, its working now. However, the synchronization is not always working properly (sometimes it adds a dokument it shouldn't). When di you expect to have a stable version?
