When I click on help it hangs up for at least 30 seconds and often so long that a Program not responding message appears. If I select Wait rather than Close Program then it generally responds right away. I'm running Vista Home Premium.

I'm a refugee from ISW version 1.0, actually the Dos version before that. AllMyNotes is looking very good. All of my ISW stacks of notes imported in just fine with a bit of his amazingly fast tech support. The fix was searching and replacing the ISW exported note ~ separator with AllMyNotes default in my exported Info Select stack files.

Our help file is a regular WinHelp's CHM file, likely something is wrong with Windows itself, you can try to google for this issue, hopefully you'll find enough information to fix this thing.

Please see attached the help file in PDF format. The file itself is slightly outdated comparing to CHM, though it's not that old.
