Would like to know if it's possible to offer a Native Windows GUI option to AllMyNotes?

Also, is it possible to add an option to paste plain text automatically instead of having to go through the menu to paste plain text. Right now in version 3.09 it automatically pastes formatted text.

I had also sent an email regarding this as well as posted on BetaNews/FileForum... then remembered you have a forum, so registered here now and posting here now from now on.

Nope, but everyone is able to create its own skins, including these that look like native Windows GUI. You can find guidelines how to do it here - http://www.vladonai.com/allmynotes-organizer-notes-outliner-themes-skins

You can use keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+V to paste as plain text, hope it will be helpful to achieve what you need, let me know otherwise.
