We'll add Calendar support as time will allow. As for contacts, it appears to me text editor offer pretty advanced features for it (especially Tables), so see not much sense in that.

I would like to see the rebirth of the PIM (personal information manager). AMNO is very close. Add a calendar and a good UI for creating contacts and the PIM lives again. It would be ironic, for the PIM tho be reborn at Vladonai software since that is the starting point for your product expertise. I guess it is true. The world is a very small place.
