How to all links to images?

Use menu item Edit -> Insert -> Hyperlink. If it's a local file, use "Hyperlink to file..." button. For web-images simply place image URL in to the Address field.
But IMHO it would be nicer to attach image to the note, so you will be even able to see the preview of it.

When i insert image, I want to add link to it.
Not a text link beside the image, but link to some site.
The link should open when image is clicked.

The click on an image itself leads to opening that image in external image viewer, this cannot be changed. What I'd recommend it to insert a textrual web-link to the source image URL. Something like this: Source URL
