I am a new user and have been trying out many of the features. One I am having a problem with is inserting a hyperlink to a file. I set up a new database with a new folder and new note. In the note I selected Insert > Hyperlink to file... Selected a file and it pasted fine. When I mouse over it says to Ctrl + click to open URL. When I Ctrl + click on it nothing happens. I tried the same thing but using copy/paste of the vladonai.com URL. When I Ctrl + click on it the browser is launched and up comes the site.

Is there something else I should try to get the link to file to work.

I am using this on a Win 7 x64.

I've just tried to insert hyperlink on .jpg file, Ctrl+Clicked on it, and image viewer was launched, so the feature does works.

I think it can be the case if the file extension is not associated to any application in the system. Please try another file type, I'd suggest .jpg file, all system have this extension assigned.

If the reason is not in file extension then please send me your allmynotes.log file in private message (PM), hope it will contain information which explains the thing.
